Steps:
- Reserve 2 Tbsp. onions for garnish. Combine remaining onions with cheese, mayo, lemon juice and pepper.
- Spray 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil with cooking spray. Spread cheese mixture evenly onto both sides of fish fillets; place on prepared foil sheets. Fold to make 4 packets; place in slow cooker. Cover with lid.
- Cook on HIGH 2 hours or until fish flakes easily with fork. Cut slits in foil to release steam before carefully opening packets. Sprinkle with reserved onions.
