Slow Cooker Farro Soup image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 cup Farro
8 cups Vegetable Broth
14.5 ounce Diced Tomatoes
1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
1/2 cup Fresh Parsley Leaves
1/2 piece Yellow Onion Chopped
1 Large Lemon, juiced
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
15 ounce Cannellini Beans

Steps:

  • Place all the ingredients except the cannellini beans in the slow cooker. Cook in the low setting for 8 to 10 hours. Add the beans to the soup and cook another 30 minutes before serving. Black pepper to taste.
