Prepare these Slow-Cooker Chicken Thighs for the perfect dinner entrée. Chicken thighs cook up tender and juicy after a long simmer in a slow cooker.

8 boneless skinless chicken thighs (1 lb.)
1/4 cup flour
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained
1/4 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
1 carrot, finely chopped
1 tsp. zest and 1 Tbsp. juice from 1 lemon
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

  • Sprinkle flour over chicken in slow cooker; toss to evenly coat.
  • Add all remaining ingredients except cheese; stir. Cover with lid. Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or HIGH 4 hours).
  • Stir chicken mixture until sauce is thickened; top with cheese.
