2 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 jar (24 oz.) CLASSICO Creamy Alfredo Pasta Sauce
1 can (15 oz.) cannellini beans, rinsed
1 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
4 green onions, sliced (1/2 cup), divided
1/2 cup chopped pickled jalapeño slices
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese

Steps:

  • Sprinkle chicken with cumin, coriander and pepper. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 4 to 5 min. or until browned.
  • Place chicken in slow cooker. Stir in alfredo sauce, beans, broth, 1/3 cup onions, jalapeño slices and garlic. Cover with lid.
  • Cook on LOW 4 to 5 hours (or on HIGH 2 to 2-1/2 hours). Serve sprinkled with cheese and remaining onions.
