1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
6 oz. andouille sausage, chopped
1/2 cup each chopped green and red peppers
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 plum tomato, chopped
2 tsp. Cajun seasoning

Steps:

  • Combine ingredients in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Cook on LOW 2 to 3 hours (or on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 hours), stirring every 30 min.
