Steps:
- 1. Remove the skin from the chicken. Mix the seasonings together and rub on chicken. Arrange chicken in slow cooker. Mix the brown sugar, pineapple juice and soy sauce and pour over chicken.
- 2. Cook on low 5 to 6 hours. Remove chicken and add sauce to a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Mix the cornstarch and water and add to sauce to thicken. Serve over chicken and garnish with chives.
