Steps:
- Heat a large non-stick frying pan or wok and spray with the cooking spray. Stir-fry the ginger for 10 seconds and then add the steak and stir-fry for a further 2 minutes, until it begins to brown. Add all the other ingredients and stir-fry for 5 minutes, then serve immediately. Tip: In the ingredients, we suggest using calorie controlled cooking spray, however you can choose to use healthy oil instead. Using the Weight Watcher oil sprayer will make it go further.
