This cake does not last long at my house! It is fabulously moist, very chocolaty, and needs no adornment other than a light dusting of powdered sugar.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a Bundt pan with Baker's Joy or Pam for Baking spray (non-stick spray with flour), or grease & flour pan.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the cake mix, pudding mix, and hot chocolate mix.
- 3. Add the sour cream, eggs, water, and oil. Beat on low speed of mixer for 30 seconds. Increase speed to medium and beat for 2 minutes.
- 4. Pour into prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes or until cake tests done.
- 5. Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes, then remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack. Place on serving plate and dust with powdered sugar. ENJOY!
