Simple S'mores 'Bread' Pudding image

Swap out the bread for the crunch of cinnamon graham crackers and in 10 minutes of prep-time you'll be ready to bake up our Simple S'mores 'Bread' Pudding.

1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Fudge Flavor Cook & Serve Pudding
3 cups cold milk
9 whole low-fat cinnamon graham crackers, coarsely broken
1 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks
1/4 tsp. cinnamon sugar

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
  • Place graham pieces evenly on bottom of 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Pour pudding over grahams.
  • Bake 20 min. Sprinkle with marshmallows and chocolate chunks. Bake 10 min. Remove from oven. Let stand 10 min. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar just before serving.
