Silk Stocking Cocktail image

A chocolate and tequila concoction for summertime.

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 Tbsp instant chocolate drink mix (nestle quick)
5 ice cubes
1 oz tequila
1 oz white creme de cacao
4 oz half and half
2 tsp grenadine

Steps:

  • 1. Place chocolate drink mix in a saucer or on a small plate.
  • 2. Dip rim of chilled cocktail glass into water and then press into chocolate drink mix to frost the rim.
  • 3. Put remaining ingredients in cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  • 4. Strain into prepared glass and enjoy.
