Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Separate each chicken breast and add salt and pepper to taste; set aside. Mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder and parsley into mixing bowl. Add the chicken, one piece at a time to bread mixture.
- Grease a baking dish with 1/2 Tbsp. of olive oil. Arrange the chicken in single layer. Top the chicken with the rest of olive oil and lemon juice.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Check and turn to other side every 15 minutes.
