Shrimp With Veggies image

I love eating shrimp and so is my husband and daughter, so from time to time I always cook them this recipe and they all like it.

Number Of Ingredients 12

2 lbs shrimp
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons white wine
3 tablespoons oil
1 small onion
1/2 green pepper
1/2 cup carrot
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon lime
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon seafood seasoning
1/2 teaspoon cayenne (or any spicy that you like)

Steps:

  • Heat the oil in the skillet.
  • Add the garlic for 30 second.
  • Then add the onions for 2 minute.
  • Add the green pepper and carrot for 3 minutes.
  • Put the all the ingredients and mix it well.
  • Cook it for 10 minutes.
