Steps:
- In a small bowl, combine all the cilantro sauce ingredients. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary. The sauce should be sweet with a hint of spice. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. To prepare the shrimp, use a large bowl and whisk together the salt, garlic, brown sugar, lemon juice and chili sauce. Add the shrimp and set aside for 15 minutes. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of canola oil over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook, stirring, until the shrimp is opaque and cooked through, about 6 minutes.
