Steps:
- 1. In a large pot heat oil and saute onions, bell pepper & garlic until wilted.
- 2. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, sugar, pepper flakes salt and pepper. Cook 15-20 minutes.
- 3. Add shrimp and stir.
- 4. Add boiling water and uncooked spaghetti to the tomato mixture. Cook for 12 minutes.
- 5. Turn off heat and let sit for 5 minutes.
- 6. Serve and enjoy!
