Steps:
- Add stock to pot and bring to boil, then add grits. Cook for appx 4-8 mins, season w/ S&P. In hot saute pan add onions, peppers, tasso cook for 3-4 mins then deglaze pan w/ bourbon. Add shrimp for 1 min then cream let reduce appx 3 mins (until sauce thickens)Spoon grits in bowl then add shrimp&gravy mixture over top.
