2 tablespoons horseradish
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 dash pepper
36 shrimp, cooked

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients except shrimp.
  • Chill sauce thoroughly.
  • Before serving, mix shrimp with sauce.
  • Serve over lettuce or in a wine glass for a nice presentation.
