Shredded Potato Casserole image

These are better than Cracker Barrel's! And, it freezes very well.

Number Of Ingredients 6

32 oz frozen shredded potatoes (hash browns)
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup
1 c sour cream
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c bacon bits
1/4 c bread crumbs

Steps:

  • 1. Lightly grease 9 x 13" casserole dish. Preheat oven to 375.
  • 2. Mix frozen potatoes, soup, sour cream and cheese until well combined. Turn into pan and top with bread crumbs and bacon bits.
  • 3. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes, until hot and top is browned.
