SHREDDED BROCCOLI SALAD image

For the salad:
1 package broccoli slaw (shredded broccoli)
2 packages oriental flavored noodles
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup almonds
1 can water chestnuts
For the dressing:
2 flavoring packets from the noodles
3/4 cup oil
1/3 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar

Steps:

  • Mix everything together thoroughly except the noodles. Do not cook the noodles, crush them into small bits and then mix into the salad right before serving to give a delightful crispness. The sugar can be reduced (significantly) to taste.
