SHORTBREAD BITES
Makes just 20 cookies... Quick easy and perfect just for Santa and his helper... or tea time any time just use different colored sprinkles!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 2. Combine flour and sugar
- 3. Using a pastry cutter cut in cold butter
- 4. When mixed well add cold water and using your hands work it into the dough
- 5. Add sprinkles or nonpareils and work into the dough with your hands
- 6. Form dough into a ball then place on lightly floured wax paper
- 7. Press dough flat into 1/2 inch thick squares about an inch in diameter and place on ungreased cookie sheet
- 8. Bake 18 - 20 minutes or until light golden brown on the bottom... Serve warm
