Shish Kabobs image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried, crushed oregano leaves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 pounds boneless lamb or beef, cut into 2-inch cubes

Steps:

  • In a freezer bag, combine dressing, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss in meat cubes and shake to coat. Seal, label, and freeze. To serve, place thawed meat on skewers grill over medium coals 20-25 minutes. Turn occassionally. If desired, heat marinade to boiling and boil 5 minutes. Use to baste kabobs. Alternatively, brush with more Italian dressing.
