1 can white corn
1 can black eyed peas
1 can black beans
1 cup chopped celery
2 bunches green onions, chopped
1 small container roasted red peppers, chopped
Dressing
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup oil of your choice.
Bring dressing ingredients to boil and cool.
