Sherry Colada image

Wondering how to make a pina colada without rum? This 5% ABV sherry colada cocktail is so tasty and has complex flavors that keep it from being too sweet.

Yield Makes 1 cocktail

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 oz. oloroso sherry
1½ oz. fresh pineapple juice
1½ oz. cream of coconut, such as Coco Lopez
½ oz. fresh lime juice
6 drops salt tincture (see note at top)
Pineapple slice, cherry, and frond for garnish

Steps:

  • Combine sherry, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, lime, and salt tincture in a blender with ½ cup of ice and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into hurricane glass and garnish with pineapple slice, cherry, and frond.
