Number Of Ingredients 9

2 lb beef stew cubed
1 c sliced celery
1 c sliced carrots
1 c sliced onions
1/2 green pepper, diced
28 oz can crushed tomatoes
3 Tbsp tapioca
1 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp sherry

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients in a large pan. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 5 hours or 3-4 hours for a tender cut of meat. Makes 6 servings.
