SHELLY'S AMAZING COFFEE CAKE
One of my very dear friends that I taught preschool with would bring this to share with the other teachers. Before she took it to the work room I would grab a piece. It is so good warm first thing in the morning.

Steps:
- 1. TOPPING: combine brown sugar and cinnamon and set aside.
- 2. Combine cake mix, pudding, oil, water, eggs and vanilla. Mix with electric mixer for 1 minute. Pour in a greased 9x13" cake pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350F of 58 to 60 minutes.
- 3. GLAZE: combine powdered sugar and vanilla and a little milk and pour over cake while hot.
