SHELL PASTA SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 lb medium shell pasta
2/3 cup mayo
1/3 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp White or Rice Wine Vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 small red onion, diced
1 cup shredded sheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Cook pasta, drain, then rinse very well in cold water. While pasta is cooking, combine next 8 ingredients, mix well & set aside. Prep last four ingredients. Once pasta is cooled, fold into dressing mixture, then add veggies and cheese. Chill for a few hours, or overnight. When ready to serve, if pasta is tight, allow to warm slightly, or add a little warm water to allow movement.
