1 lb. red potatoes (about 3), cut into thin wedges
2 cups baby carrots
2 cups fresh green beans
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix
4 chicken leg quarters

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Toss vegetables with dressing. Spread onto foil-covered rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Add 3 Tbsp. cheese to coating mix in shaker bag; shake gently to combine. Use to coat chicken as directed on package; place over vegetables.
  • Bake 50 min. to 1 hour or until chicken is done (165°F) and vegetables are tender.
  • Sprinkle vegetables with remaining cheese.
