"SEE'S" FUDGE RECIPE

Finally got this recipe from my sister Paula. It is the creamiest, smoothest fudge I ever ate. So easy too. Try it I know you will agree. Thanks

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 c butter (2 cubes)
1 pkg 10 ounce chocolate chips
4 c powdered sugar (sifted)
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Steps:

  • 1. melt together over medium heat in a heavy saucepan the butter and chocolate chips stiring occasionally. DO NOT BOIL. Warm untill hot to the touch
  • 2. Remove from the heat and add one at a time the powdered sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well with a wooden spoon, till thick and shiney
  • 3. Poor into a buttered 9x13 pan. I use the wrapper from the butter. Let cool and set 1 hour. Cut and enjoy. Sometimes refrgerating the fudge makes it set firmer
