Schnitzel with dill sauce Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 14

1/2 c flour
2 teaspoons season salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 teaspoons paprika
6 pork cutlets
6 Tablespoons oil
Dill Sauce
2 Tablespoons flour
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon dry dill

Steps:

  • Mix flour,season salt,and pepper. In another bow bread crumbs and paprika. In a third whisk the eggs Dip cutlets in flour then in eggs, then bread crumbs. Heat the oil over medium heat Cook cutlets 2-3 minutes on each side until well browned. In a small bowl whisk 2 Tablespoons and broth. Add to skillet . Bring to a boil cook until thickened. Lower heat add sour cream and dill.
