SCALLOPED CORN CASSEROLE image

½ cup butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 16-oz. can whole-kernel corn, drained
1 16-oz. can cream-style corn
1 cup sour cream
1 9-oz. box corn muffin mix

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients, adding corn muffin mix last. Pour mixture into a greased 11"x7" baking dish. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
