Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven 375 degrees. 2. Cook onions & mushrooms in hot oil for 5 minutes in a large saucepan. 3. Mix in all remaining ingredients except rice & biscuits. Bring to a boil, stirring occassionally. 4. Stir in rice. 5. Pour into 9x13" baking dish. Place biscuits on top of filling. 6. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. (Prepare and bake at same time.)
