Most squash casserole I've ever had is very simple; squash, crackers, cheese. I found this recipe and changed it a little. It turned out pretty good. This makes a big 9x13 pan full since I usually feed a crowd.

Steps:
- 1. Boil squash till slightly tender, drain.
- 2. Sautee diced onions till tender in magerine.
- 3. Mix together soups, sour cream, onions, 1.5 cups of the cheese & onions/magerine.
- 4. Stir in stuffing mixes & squash.
- 5. Spread in 9x13 pan.
- 6. Top with remaining cheese.
- 7. Bake at 350 till cheese on top is browned a little.
