I love spinach and mushrooms so this recipe is the perfect way to combine them in a delicious side dish.

Steps:
- 1. Prepare the mushrooms by wiping gently with a damp paper towel to remove any dirt that may be on them; do not rinse them in water. Slice the mushrooms.
- 2. Heat butter in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and garlic; cook and stir until mushrooms are tender. Reduce heat to medium.
- 3. Add spinach; cook and stir 5 minutes or until spinach is wilted but still bright green.
- 4. Season with in salt and pepper; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
