Steps:
- Preheat 325 oven Fry Sausage. Remove. In drippings, de-glaze w/red wine - fry up onion & garlic. Add back sausage, all remaining ingred but Mozz. Add Mozz w/cooked pasta (gently). Bake covered 30 minutes. Top w/Parm and bread crumbs (with drizzle of oil to moisten). Bake UNcovered for 20 more minutes.
