Sausage and Tortellini Soup image

1 lb. hot Italian sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 qt. (4 cups) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
2 cups water
1 cup OLIVO by CLASSICO Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce
1 can (15.5 oz.) cannellini beans, rinsed
1 pkg. (9 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini, uncooked
2 cups loosely packed baby spinach leaves
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Steps:

  • Crumble sausage into large saucepan sprayed with cooking spray. Add onions; cook on medium heat 8 to 10 min. or until sausage is done, stirring frequently.
  • Drain sausage mixture; return to pan. Stir in chicken broth, water and pasta sauce. Add beans; stir. Bring to boil.
  • Add tortellini and spinach; stir. Cook 5 to 7 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  • Serve topped with cheese.
