Sausage and Bread Boats image

1 loaf any crunchy bread (Italian)
1 lb pork sausage (hot)
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
2 cups Kraft Shredded Mozzerela Cheese
salt and pepper flakes to taste

Steps:

  • Split bread in half lengthwise. Scoop out tunnel. (Boat)
  • Meanwhile brown sausage, pepper and onion; drain.
  • Load boat with sausage mixture. Top with cheese.
  • Bake 450°F until cheese browns & melts.
