Number Of Ingredients 9

1 (16 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained
1 1/2 lbs grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 cup soda cracker, crushed
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4-1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup walnuts, chopped

Steps:

  • Mix sauerkraut, cheese, onion, green pepper, eggs, crackers and sugar.
  • Add mayonnaise to moisten.
  • Shape into ball and sprinkle or roll into chopped walnuts.
  • Refrigerate and serve with crackers.
