Steps:
- 1. Beat margarine for 30 sec. Add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add milk and vanilla; beat well. 2. Stir in flour, then cherries and pecans. 3. Shape into three 7" rolls. Roll dough in coconut to coat outside. 4. Wrap in wax paper or clear plastic wrap; chill thoroughly. 5. Cut into 1/4" slices. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 12 min uor until edges are golden.
