- 1. In a large dutch oven, heat oil and cook ground turkey and onion over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring to break up turkey.
- 2. Add remaining ingredients and cook on medium-low, covered, for 4 hours. Stir occasionally.
- 3. Serve topped with grated cheddar and diced onions, if desired.
