Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk mustard, 3 tbsp. syrup, 3 1/2 tbsp. water, and horseradish in a small bowl. Cover and set aside. Whisk 1 1/2 tbsp. syrup, brown sugar and thyme in a small bowl. Spread thyme mixture evenly over salmon. Bake salmon until it is opague. They say ~ 14 minutes mine takes at least 20 - 30 minutes. Transfer salmon to a platter or plates and spoon mustard over. (Use mustard sparingly it is hot). Serve extra sauce on the side in a bowl.
