Salmon w/ Dill Sauce image

Salmon with dill sauce is one of my favorite dinners.I served it with Roasted Potatos and steamed broccoli. I served the salmon on a bed of rice with fresh lemon wedges. Look for my recipe for roasted potatos.

Number Of Ingredients 15

4 salmon, skinless filet or whatever you prefer
1 Tbsp oil
2 pinch salt and pepper
DILL SAUCE
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c sour cream
3 Tbsp fresh parsley
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
2 Tbsp fresh dill
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
pinch salt and pepper to taste
4 Tbsp heavy cream
1 tsp water
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder

Steps:

  • 1. ~SALMON~ Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • 2. Line Baking Sheet w/Aluminum Foil
  • 3. Wash and Dry Salmon
  • 4. Rub With oil,Sprinkle salt and pepper over top
  • 5. Place skin side down in pan
  • 6. Bake uncovered 12-15 min or until flakes with fork.
  • 7. Side note: Internal temp: 140 to 145 degrees.
  • 8. ~ DILL SAUCE ~ Combine all the ingredients into a medium bowl. Serve spoonful over salmon
