SALMON SPREAD - NO MAYO image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 (7.5 oz.) can of salmon, drained, bones removed and flaked
3 scallions, white and greens, chopped
1 sm cucumber, seeded and chopped
1/2C dill, chopped
1/3C flay leaf parsley, chopped
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1T canola oil
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Mix first five ingredients. 2. Mix in lemon juice and oil. 3. Season with salt and pepper. 4. Let stand 15 minutes before serving on toast, pita bread, etc.
