Steps:
- Finely chop red pepper and green onion. Put both in a mixing bowl and add mayonnaise, lemon juice, seasoned salt and cayenne pepper. Stir.
- Stir in beaten egg, salmon and 4 tablespoons bread crumbs.
- Form 6-8 balls, roll balls in remaining bread crumbs and flatten.
- Heat butter in a frying pan and fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. About 5 minutes per side.
