SALMON BURGERS (DAD'S BEST) image

2-3 lbs salmon
3-4 scallions
2 slice whole wheat bread
2 eggs
3 tbs dijon mustard
2 tbs olive oil
2 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt, to taste
1/4 cucumber (optional)

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in batches in food processor. Mix to coarse consistency. Fry sample to taste for salt. Make 8-12 burger patties, freeze or grill.
