Steps:
- 1. Combine currants and boiling water and let stand for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside. Cook orzo according to package directions; drain. Set aside and keep warm.
- 2. Combine oil and saffron in a bowl. Let stand for 15 minutes. Stir in garlic and next 6 ingredients. Add orzo and toss. Let cool. Add currants, pine nuts, and remaining ingredients. Toss.
