RUM RICKEY COCKTAIL
Just came across this cocktail on Allrecipes. I love lime, so refreshing! However, I like a least a little sweetness, to enhance it. Of course, that is optional; my personal preference.

Steps:
- Combine lime juice and rum, in a highball glass; stir in sugar, until dissolves, if using. Add ice & club soda, and stir well. Garnish with lime wedge. Makes 1 drink.
