1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Cayenne pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Heat the oil. Slowly add the flour, stirring constantly. Keep stirring until the desired darkness is reached. Don't stop stirring until then! Add salt, pepper and cayenne powder to taste, but keep stirring while adding them :)
