Rotisserie Chicken Rub image

I found this recipe several years ago. I'm not really sure where.

Number Of Ingredients 8

4 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp thyme, dried
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all seasonings together.
  • 2. Remove and discard giblets from chicken. Rinse and pat dry with paper towel.
  • 3. Rub chicken inside and out with spice mixture. Place chicken in resealable bag.
  • 4. Refrigerate 4-6 hours or overnight before cooking.
