ROTEL MEATLOAF image

Yield 4-6 servings

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 1/2 Lb lean ground beef
1 1/2 Lb ground turkey
1 can Rotel
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup crushed crackers
salt and pepper to taste
for sauce:
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 Tbsp brown sugar

Steps:

  • Combine meat with other ingredients except sauce mixture. Place into baking dish and form into a flattened loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for one (1) hour or until it measure 160 degrees using an internal thermometer. Combine ingredients for the sauce and spread over meatloaf mixture the last 15 minutes of baking. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
