How to make ROSEMARY STRAWBERRY-GUAVA GLAZED CHICKEN THIGHS

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Place aluminum foil on a baking sheet.
- Salt and pepper the chicken thighs generously and drizzle olive oil on it then place thighs on baking sheet with skin side up.
- Sprinkle rosemary on the skin.
- Bake chicken in the oven for 30 minutes.
- In a saucepan, heat jam until it reaches syrup or honey-like consistency. Add one tablespoon water to dilute. Add garlic. (Alternate method: Put jam and garlic in a bowl, add one tablespoon boiling water and stir.)
- Take chicken out of the oven after 30 minutes and turn on the broiler.
- Brush jam on both sides of the chicken and place the chicken in the broiler for 5 minutes.
