- Heat oven to 425°. Drain and rinse chickpeas, remove any loose skins. Add chickpeas to rimmed baking pan in a single layer with a little room to move. Drizzle with oil and shake pan to coat evenly. Sprinkle with spicy chocolate cinnamon sugar. Roast for approximately 45 mins to 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until they reach your desired crunchiness.
